My cooking experience and specialties started when I lived and worked in Florence, Italy from early 1980 through 1986 with very talented local chefs.
I have lived, worked and owned restaurants in Litchfield country since 1990, and in 2014 we opened Oliva On Main in Bethlehem, Connecticut.
Our specialties are Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Cuisine and our gourmet food line of dips and sauces such as Hummus, Baba Ghanouj, Labneh (Yogurt Dip) and more are original, unique and authentic. They are made with fresh and natural ingredients, free of preservatives and Non-GMO. We deliver DAILY to the Market, CT. Our products are freshly made upon demand to allow our clients the perfect taste and enjoyment
